Cognithan Rehabilitation Services Visual Identity

Cognithan provides services for adults who might otherwise need ongoing care in a hospital setting offering real alternatives, and enabling adults to engage in rehabilitation within a community environment.

During my time working as a sole designer in Cognithan, I rebranded the visual identity system and developed the visual identity for the sub-brands, also applying it to all the materials for both internal and external. Most of the audience of the external materials might have learning disability, thus these are all designed to be accessible to them.
